Sanju's sobs eventually subsided, and she pulled back slightly, wiping her tears with trembling hands. "I can't... I can't discuss the problem with anyone," she whispered, her voice shaky. "It's too personal and... complicated." Lakshmi ajji and Radha exchanged knowing glances. "Sanju," Lakshmi ajji began gently, "we understand. You don't have to share the details if you're not ready. But you need to let out your emotions in some way... Crying is a start, but it's not enough. I sense there is hidden anger and disappointment somewhere there. These other hidden emotions you feel have to be dealt with too." Radha nodded in agreement. “We want you to know that it’s okay to feel hurt, angry, and confused. But holding it all inside will only make it harder for you to heal.” Radha nodded in agreement. “You need to let it out, Sanju. Scream, cry, talk – whatever it takes to release the pain and anger you’re holding onto. Only then can you begin to move past it and find a way to be okay with Bhargav again.”
